Also known as a knitting nancy, this lovely doll has its origins in the medieval lucet. Using the the pretty doll you can spool knit narrow tubes of wool which can then be used to make all many of shapes and objects.
Spool knitting is a traditional way to teach childrens the basic principles of knitting. So is perfect for those budding Westwoods or Largerfelds!
The picture illustrates the three designs of the doll that are available. The dolls come assorted one per box so it is pot luck as to which doll you will receive. They're all gorgeous anyway!
